I have it, I didn’t want it, now FMD is my lifelong partner and I’m going to live my FMD life MY WAY 🙏 with my faith, my family and friends, my excellent healthcare team and of course with some life style changes.
This journal is to monitor my disease as the years go by and to possibly help others somehow, someway.
I won’t let this rare disease scare me or take over my every move! I won’t let it be in my every thought!

Y…Yield (To yield (resist/fight) against the disease, strengthen my immune system through healthy habits: eat nutritious foods (fruits, vegetables), sleep 7-9 hours, exercise gently since I have the disease in carotids..like walking etc, and manage stress is a biggie in my opinion.
